My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The salad, penne, and veal were memorable but the delicious biscotti stole the show. We cannot wait to make them for our granddaughter's/niece's graduation party. We will be back for sure.
Knowing my love for my girlfriends and cooking, my family bought me an “Evening with my friends at Rita’s” for my birthday. We were not disappointed! From the moment we rang the doorbell until dessert, we learned and laughed. The menu that I chose was absolutely delicious. What a fun evening at the hands of someone very passionate about sharing her gift. This was the first time we’ve ever done anything like this and it won’t be the last time at Rita’s. We had such a great evening and not only was the food excellent, but we all took home some notes to help improve our skills as well. We got excited about making more food from scratch instead of the convenience from a box. The flavor and freshness just can not be beat! We’re all talking about coming in the fall to enjoy another evening with you Rita. We’re making the Capri Pizzettes dough this weekend and taking the Torte Capri as dessert for a get together next weekend. We’ll make you proud!

I can't rave enough about the cooking class that my daughter and I attended at your home last night. The food that you prepared and the way that you prepared it was awesome.
